The Department of Agriculture (Quarantine) packing declaration forms are available at the following link, these are mandatory for all shipments FCL and LCL arriving into Australia and must be filled out correctly , without a valid packing declaration to verify there is no prohibited or high risk packaging is used, a full container unpack and inspection may be required, or for LCL cargo there will need to be an LCL inspection costing from a couple of hundred dollars for LCL inspections and thousands of dollars for an unpack and inspection for FCL.
